Wellness Mindset

One of the most important things to think about these days is wellness. Why wait until you're sick to do something? Why not be proactive? What do I mean by this? I mean pay attention to what is going into and onto your body. What are you breathing, eating, putting on your skin, washing your clothes with, cleaning your home with? All of these things are so important because our bodies are amazing organisms! We are designed to heal. But, if our bodies are overloaded with toxins that break down our bodies, they are putting all of their energy into just staying functional and have nothing left to fight off sickness. Not only that, many of the things one our shelves today are KNOWN to cause cancer, respiratory irritation, skin irritation, and break down our immune systems! I used to get sick every two weeks.
